Be still and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10

"Centering Prayer is a discipline to foster interior transformation, initiated by God and leading, if we consent, to divine union. One’s way of seeing reality changes, which empowers one to perceive and respond to everyday life with sensitivity to the dive presence in, through and beyond everything." - Thomas Keating, Open Heart Open Mind

About the Event

In this Workshop, we will examine how Centering Prayer will deepen our relationship with God, others and ourselves. We will learn the method of Centering Prayer and how to deal with our thoughts during the prayer period. There will be two periods of Centering Prayer and a time for questions. A boxed lunch will be served.
